I have built my career at the intersection of procurement, project management, and business transformation, working across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Over the past 25 years, I have supported organizations in industries ranging from manufacturing and stainless steel to medical equipment and organic food, always with a clear focus: turning complexity into efficiency and opportunity.

My journey began in the supply chain and procurement field, where I learned that cost savings and supplier negotiations are not only about numbers, but about creating resilient systems. Leading global sourcing initiatives, I consistently delivered results — achieving multi-million-dollar savings, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring supply chain stability even in volatile markets.

With time, my role evolved into project and change management, where I applied structured methodologies such as PMP standards, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. I successfully led projects that included relocating entire industrial plants, complex turnaround strategies, and launching new product lines in challenging environments. Each project reinforced my conviction that sound planning, transparent communication, and a hands-on leadership style are key to sustainable success.

Recognizing the growing importance of technology, I embraced the challenge of digital transformation. I specialized in ERP systems — SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Project — helping companies digitalize their procurement, logistics, and reporting processes. Today, I integrate business intelligence tools and even Generative AI applications into my consulting practice, enabling organizations to make decisions based on data, not guesswork.

Beyond operations, I have always been passionate about business development and internationalization. From Europe to the Gulf, I have guided companies in entering new markets, conducting competitor analysis, negotiating distribution agreements, and building partnerships that deliver long-term growth.
